Crispy Brown’s Chicken

Chicken is our specialty! We use only plump, Grade A chickens cut into eight meaty pieces. We take our chicken fresh from the market; its never frozen.

The pieces are hand-breaded before being batter dipped in our very own buttermilk based recipe. Only neutral, cholesterol-free cottonseed oil with zero grams of transfat is used to cook our chicken to a golden brown.

The result is delicious and uniquely Brown’s.
